这一观点的核心在于 AI 驱动的开发速度已经彻底改变了产研节奏。随着工程师使用 AI Agent 极速提升代码产出，设计师如果仍然死守传统的“先调研、再画精美稿、最后反复迭代”的瀑布流模式，将无法跟上交付节奏。Jenny 认为，美感已成为一种“基础包”，设计师不应再做单纯的“画图机器”，而应转向系统化思维，通过定义核心原语和协作逻辑来重塑设计价值。
核心竞争力已从像素级的微调转向了“系统架构能力”和“工程思维”。高阶设计师需要具备 L4 级别的领袖思维，即不仅关注单个页面，还要能定义产品服务生态系统和概念模型。此外，具备“设计即代码”的工程底子至关重要，这包括理解技术实现逻辑、能够利用 SQL 查阅数据验证设计成效，以及通过系统化思维建立可扩展的设计规范，从而在复杂的 AI 交互中定义新的设计原语。
FigJam 的成功源于对远程协作中“人味儿”的还原。Jenny 在定义 FigJam 的核心原语（如便利贴、连线、光标聊天）时，本质是在模拟人类协作的物理感和直观思考方式。其哲学核心是“同理心”，即设计师不应只是炫技，而应预设用户的心智模型，创造出一种“共创”而非“填表”的互动体验，将复杂的协作逻辑固化为简单自然的工具。
转职成功的关键在于寻找“个人目标、公司需求与个人强项”的交集。Jenny 建议转职者不要只展示零散的 Daily UI 练习，而应准备具有 Context（上下文）的 Redesign 作品集，说明设计背后的调研过程、商业考量与技术权衡。同时，在 AI 时代，新手的门槛已被提高，必须通过大量知识输入和跨界学习（如前端开发、数据分析）来展现解决问题的综合能力，而不仅仅是软件操作水平。
“幕僚力”是指设计师不再被动接受任务，而是成为业务决策的合作伙伴。这要求设计师主动参与策略制定，拆解业务指标并将其与设计行为挂钩。通过主动帮主管整理谈资、解决琐事、提供多套权衡方案（如兼顾理想与现实的方案），设计师可以为团队扩展影响力。这种从“接单者”到“支持者”的角色转变，能让设计在商业逻辑中发挥更大的决策支持作用。
