This doorway should occur before the 1/5 mark of your novel to prevent the story from dragging.
The second Doorway of No Return makes the final battle and resolution inevitable. In Act II, the character confronts death through a series of scenes. Then they pass through Doorway #2-a major crisis, setback, clue, or discovery-that sends the action toward the Final Battle. This doorway should open with about one quarter or less of the book left.

A satisfying story is ultimately a quest for courage. In an outside-forces ending like a thriller, the Lead must find courage to fight overwhelming odds. In an interior battle, the Lead must find moral courage to do the right thing. Without courage, we get tragedy-either death like Hamlet or moral suffering like in Hud.

The final beat in Super Structure is Transformation-the coda that leaves readers satisfied enough to seek out your other books. The character has either become essentially a new person or become stronger through their journey.

These transformations tie directly to the Mirror Moment-"Who am I?" leads to becoming different, while "I'm probably going to die" leads to becoming stronger.
A story isn't complete until the character changes-or in tragic cases, refuses to change. Readers pay for emotional engagement and completion. You take them on a ride bonded to a Lead character and then close the story arc. Do these two things masterfully, and you'll have a hit. Keep doing it, and you'll have a career.
You can plot a novel by starting with Transformation. Ask what feeling you want readers to have at the end-a lesson learned or a character becoming stronger. Dorothy learns "there's no place like home," while Richard Kimble survives and becomes stronger. Imagine the circumstances of the Final Battle and Transformation, and work backward from there.
