Jason W. Womack is a leadership educator, executive coach, and productivity author whose work centers on personal effectiveness, reflective practice, and workplace performance. He wrote Your Best Just Got Better, coauthored Get Momentum, and also authored The Promise Doctrine, helping leaders build habits, focus, and follow-through.

Jason W. Womack built his career around a long-running interest in how people move from intention to achievement. In his own account, that curiosity sharpened while he was still in high school, when he asked his father, then president and COO of The Sharper Image, how he knew he was an executive. Womack later studied history and Spanish literature in the University of California system, earned graduate training in education and psychology, and completed a doctorate at the University of Southern California centered on organizational leadership and reflective practice.
