Unlock the 95% of your mind that governs your reality. Learn to communicate with your inner supercomputer to rewrite old programming and harness infinite wisdom for total transformation.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. We’re taking the fate out of the equation and replacing it with intentionality by becoming the architects of our own destiny.
The subconscious mind is described as a massive processing unit that handles millions of bits of information per second, compared to the conscious mind's 40 bits. It manages 95% of our actions, including autonomic functions like breathing and heartbeats, as well as deeply ingrained habits and patterns. Because it operates in the background based on past programming, it acts as an autopilot that directs our lives even when we aren't consciously aware of it.
Willpower is a tool of the conscious mind, which only represents about 5% of our mental power. Trying to change a deep-seated habit with willpower is like trying to move a mountain with a teaspoon. Furthermore, the subconscious seeks homeostasis, or a steady state; when you try to change, it often triggers a "rubber band effect," snapping you back to your old identity because it perceives the old pattern as "safe" and consistent with who you are.
The subconscious does not respond to logic or "PowerPoint presentations"; it speaks the language of visualization, emotion, identity, and repetition. To "code" it effectively, you must use vivid sensory snapshots and "emotionally charged" images of your goals. Using "I am" statements rather than "I want" statements is crucial, as the subconscious is the guardian of your identity and works to make your reality match your internal claims.
The "gate" between the conscious and subconscious mind is most open during "transition states" known as the Alpha state. This occurs during the first ten minutes after waking up and the last ten minutes before falling asleep. During these windows, the mind is highly suggestible, making it the ideal time for "Morning and Evening Sessions" involving deep relaxation, affirmations, and mental movies of your desired outcomes.
The Law of Substitution states that you cannot simply "stop" a negative thought, as fighting it often gives it more energy. Instead, you must replace the negative thought with a positive one. For example, if you catch yourself thinking "I am tired," you should immediately substitute it with "I am filled with dynamic energy." By giving the subconscious a new task or "seed" to grow, the old negative loop eventually withers away from a lack of attention.
