Explore how to treat your body as a sanctuary. Learn about protecting your energy, setting spiritual boundaries, and reclaiming focus from the attention economy.

Your life force is not content in someone else’s feed; it is the creative energy flowing through you right now, and it is yours to protect as a sanctuary.
When a girl says I love your nails phycologically and then I told her do you have a social media or something I can see you she said no she signaled her whole body she started in her head chest hip then legs said no this is my santurary I protect it and she said I love to read and that will take away from what I beed to do or focus as I admire that. So was she saying her chakras and why social media does that?

Treating the body as a sanctuary means identifying your physical self as a consecrated place or a primary place of refuge. It involves recognizing that your attention and life force are precious resources that deserve protection. By viewing yourself as a sanctuary, you take control over who and what is allowed to enter your personal space, ensuring that your focus remains on what you truly need to do rather than being harvested by external influences.
Boundary-setting rituals, such as deliberate physical movements or pauses, serve as profound psychological and spiritual tools to guard your energy. These rituals act like tracing the perimeter of a private fortress, signaling to others and yourself that your space is intentionally closed off. By establishing these clear boundaries, you can prevent the casual intrusion of the digital world and maintain your internal peace against the demands of the attention economy.
Digital minimalism is essential for maintaining spiritual boundaries because it protects your focus from being drained by social media algorithms. Choosing to opt out of social platforms can be a way to preserve your sanctuary and prioritize your own needs over constant connectivity. This intentional refusal to share personal handles or engage in digital noise allows you to protect your energy and keep your attention dedicated to your own life and goals.
