    Relying solely on a clinical diagnosis can cause people to unconsciously stiffen or scan their memories for stereotypes about a specific "type" of person. By using the AGILE framework, you can move into the realm of neurobiology to better understand why some interactions feel fueling while others feel incredibly draining.
