We're like athletes trying to improve our performance without ever watching game footage. The breakthrough comes not from adding more to your plate, but from understanding what's already consuming your 1,440 daily minutes-and making intentional choices about what deserves your attention. Before you can improve anything, you need to understand your personal productivity DNA.
