These sources subtly provide false information while making it seem true.
Recycled thoughts originate within us-unexamined thoughts we've come to believe as truth. One negative thought like "they don't love me anymore" can trigger fifty more. Similarly, trapped emotions trigger negative thought patterns-wake up irritated and suddenly "everything is against me." Though emotions shape our thoughts significantly, we've learned to disconnect from them in our results-driven world.
Our brains filter out what they deem unnecessary. While this filtering can be beneficial for survival, it works against us when we hypernormalize harmful inputs. Constant exposure to violence and suffering through media desensitizes us until we accept disturbing realities as normal. Human qualities aren't inherently "male" or "female" but are distributed across brain hemispheres. Our qualities aren't binary but exist on sliding scales of intensity and frequency. By recognizing this uniqueness and expressing our true nature rather than trying to fit predetermined categories, we can achieve greater success and eliminate a deep source of suffering.
