Iwan Setiawan is an Indonesian marketing strategist, business writer, and media executive whose career developed at the intersection of consulting, education, and publishing. His professional foundation was not in journalism but in engineering: he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in industrial engineering from Universitas Indonesia, then completed an MBA in marketing at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
