Spiritual Minimalism starts with your soul. The difference? One reorganizes your stuff. The other reorganizes your entire existence. We're all walking around with an internal committee meeting happening 24/7. Fear sits in the front row, shouting about every risk. Ego demands validation through purchases and achievements. Meanwhile, your heart-your true inner compass-whispers from the back of the auditorium, barely audible over the chaos.
