    I Thought This Would Fix Me… It Didn’t I went all in on the gym for about 6 months. Tracked calories, hit workouts 5–6 days a week, dropped around 12–13 kg. And yeah… I looked better. But mentally? Not as different as I expected. I still overthought things. Still procrastinated. Still had the same doubts just in a slightly better body. I think I assumed fixing one area of life would magically fix the rest. It didn’t. Don’t get me wrong it helped. Just not in the “life solved” way I imagined
