SuppCo 建立了核心的 TrustScore 信用分系统,通过 29 个维度的属性对超过 500 个品牌进行评估。这不仅包括用户反馈,更涵盖了对供应链、成分透明度以及非活性添加剂(如二氧化钛等填充剂)的深度分析。公司还建立了拥有 20 万种补剂产品的完整成分数据库,并进行独立的第三方实验室化验,以验证标签内容与瓶内成分是否一致,从而帮助用户识别优质品牌与劣质产品。
与依靠广告、赞助费或销售补剂获利的传统平台不同,SuppCo 采用的是一种“类合作社(co-op)会员模式”。Steve 明确表示公司不会卖用户数据,也不接受补剂公司的赞助。其核心逻辑是将利益与用户的健康成果绑定,而非销量。如果用户因为发现某种补剂无效而停止购买,SuppCo 认为这是帮用户达成了省钱和精准健康的目标,体现了其“反人性”但追求透明度的商业逻辑。
这次收购标志着健康管理从“猜测”转向了“证据驱动”。Function 擅长深度实验室检测(如血液、MRI、CT),能提供身体的输出指标;而 SuppCo 记录了用户每天摄入的补剂(输入数据)。两者的结合形成了完整的生物数据闭环,让用户能清晰地看到特定补剂对血液指标的实际影响。收购后 SuppCo 仍保持独立性,继续作为行业“纪委”通过实验室验证程序为优质补剂正名。
