    Miles: Eh sì, ti capisco. Il problema è che abbiamo questa immagine del meditatore perfetto su un cuscino in Tibet, quando in realtà, se guardiamo i numeri, bastano cinque minuti. Anzi, ho letto una cosa che fa riflettere: pare che sessioni così brevi, se fatte ogni giorno, funzionino meglio di trenta minuti forzati una volta ogni tanto. È un po' come lo stretching mentale, serve a non farti arrivare a fine giornata completamente "incriccato".
