The 2026 Errata clarifies the interaction between the "Guard" skill and "Dauntless." Logic Gate: Previously ambiguous. New Rule: "Guard" assists are calculated before the Strength characteristic is modified by "Dauntless." This changes the probability calculation for Halfling/Snotling teams significantly. You must now position assist pieces (Guard) prior to rolling for Dauntless, removing the reactive tactical layer. System Focus: Order of Operations (PEMDAS applied to Tabletop).
