Me and my partner have put on weight after our marriage, we don’t have any children yet. We both are obese at 224 lbs each with 34% (me) and 38% body fat (her) respectively. She is 5’8” and I’m 5’10”, moving to coast & no access to the gym. What can we do to get in shape and add lean muscle. We both have a history of lifting, I want to be at 10% body fat and she wants to be at 170lbs with 14% body fat. How can we get this done & how long can it take? She works from home. I work 4 days a week.
