    Nia : Tu sais, j'ai une amie qui m'a raconté un truc l'autre jour. Elle est hyper amoureuse, tout se passe bien, mais dès que son mec met plus de vingt minutes à répondre à un texto, elle part en vrille. Elle s'imagine déjà qu'il ne l'aime plus, elle vérifie l'heure de sa dernière connexion... et après elle s'en veut, elle se trouve "trop" ou collante. C'est fou comme on peut perdre ses moyens pour un simple message, non ?

    Blythe : Bah écoute, c'est hyper fréquent en fait. On a souvent tendance à se dire qu'on a un problème, mais c'est juste notre système d'attachement qui se réveille. J'ai lu un truc là-dessus : il y a environ 56 % des adultes qui sont dits "sécures", donc pour eux, un silence, c'est juste un silence. Mais pour les 44 % restants, c'est une autre paire de manches. Leur cerveau a encodé des schémas dès l'enfance sur la confiance et la sécurité.

    Blythe : C'est ça. On a tous une sorte de câblage invisible, une "carte" des relations qu'on a héritée de nos parents ou de ceux qui se sont occupés de nous. Et le truc déculpabilisant, c'est que ces styles — qu'on soit anxieux, évitant ou un mélange des deux — ne sont pas une fatalité. On peut vraiment évoluer vers ce qu'on appelle la sécurité "acquise".
