Success through pushiness alone will eventually collapse-true leadership requires nunchi. If you struggle with silence, try direct eye contact as an alternative way to read a room-it can be your leverage, as Steve Jobs demonstrated. People lacking nunchi appear not to control their own lives, either influenced by dangerous people or alienating others without understanding why. Using nunchi doesn't mean losing yourself in others; rather, it helps you understand people objectively from a place of inner stillness, making you braver.
