Lucy Foley, née en 1986 dans le Sussex, en Angleterre, est l'autrice à succès de Appartement 812 (The Paris Apartment) et une maîtresse des thrillers à l'atmosphère mystérieuse.

Appartement 812 tisse un mystère en "huis clos" au sein d'un immeuble parisien, mettant en avant le talent de Foley pour la narration à perspectives multiples et le suspense claustrophobe.
