Graham Allcott is a British productivity author, speaker, and entrepreneur focused on time management, attention, and healthier workplace culture. He is best known for How to Be a Productivity Ninja, which has sold more than 100,000 copies, and for later books including KIND, as well as founding the global training company Think Productive.
Graham Allcott built his career at the intersection of service, productivity, and humane leadership. He studied at the University of Birmingham from 1998 to 2001, where he founded Intervol after earlier volunteering work in Uganda. That student initiative pointed toward a first career in the voluntary sector: he later became a co-founder of Intervol, chief executive of Student Volunteering England, Head of Volunteering at the University of Birmingham, and an adviser to the UK government on youth volunteering policy. Those years gave him close experience of mission-led work, but also of overload, bureaucracy, and the hidden cost of badly designed working habits.
