Дата рождения: August 24, 1977 – Indianapolis, Indiana, United States

John Green is an American author and essayist whose fiction explores adolescence, illness, grief, and meaning. Printz Award, shaping contemporary young adult literature.

Биография и Путь Автора

John Green, born on August 24, 1977, in Indianapolis, grew up primarily in Orlando, with some years in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended Indian Springs School and later Kenyon College, where he double-majored in English and Religious Studies. As a young man, he wanted to write but regarded authorship as an unlikely profession. A decisive turning point came after college, when he worked at Booklist in Chicago. Reviewing and editing books, and being encouraged by editor Ilene Cooper, made literary life feel less mythic and more attainable. ((https://www.johngreenbooks.com/bio-faq/))
