Bob Goff
Bob Goff is an American author, speaker, attorney, and founder of Love Does, a nonprofit focused on human rights and education. He wrote Love Does, Everybody Always, Dream Big, and Undistracted. His books became New York Times bestsellers and helped popularize an action-oriented, relational approach to Christian faith.

Bob Goff’s public career took shape through law, service, and eventually writing rather than through a conventional literary apprenticeship. He studied business administration at San Diego State University and earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego, then spent about twenty-five years practicing law. Two developments redirected that path. In 2002, after seeing a need in India, he founded the organization that became Love Does, a nonprofit focused on human rights, care for vulnerable people, and education in conflict zones. Later, after serving as Honorary Consul to Uganda, he stepped away from his law firm to concentrate on writing and speaking full time.
