Because T3 is the active hormone that fuels your cells, a deficiency caused by poor thyroid hormone conversion can lead to a slow metabolism and decreased mental clarity. Monitoring these symptoms is a key part of optimizing thyroid function and ensuring your body is utilizing hormones effectively.

    Improving thyroid hormone conversion involves supporting the liver and kidneys, where much of this process occurs.
