Aber irgendwie... na ja, du kennst das: Der Wecker klingelt, man scrollt direkt am Handy und zack – Stress. Dabei klingt das bei Giulia in unserem heutigen Material so herrlich friedlich. Hör dir das mal an: *„La mia giornata comincia presto, ma non troppo. Di solito mi sveglio verso le 7:00, quando la luce entra piano nella stanza. Non uso la sveglia.“*

    Miles: Moment mal, wie bitte? Sie benutzt gar keinen Wecker? Das ist ja schon mal der erste Wendepunkt für mich. Giulia erzählt uns hier nämlich, dass sie ganz natürlich mit dem Sonnenlicht und den Geräuschen des Morgens wach wird – den Glocken in der Ferne oder dem Gesang eines Vogels. *„Resto a letto per qualche minuto senza fretta“*, sagt sie. Sie bleibt also erst mal liegen, ganz ohne Hektik.

    Lena: Echt jetzt? Davon träum ich ja nur. Sie beschreibt das so bildhaft: Sie macht die Vorhänge auf, schaut auf die kopfsteingepflasterte Straße in ihrem kleinen italienischen Dorf und sieht, wie eine ältere Dame die Pflanzen gießt. *„Un ragazzo in bicicletta passa salutando con un sorriso.“* Ein Junge auf dem Rad fährt lächelnd vorbei. Das ist doch wie im Film, oder?

    Miles: Total. Unterm Strich geht es ihr darum, den Morgen als „neue weiße Seite“ zu sehen. Sie geht ins Bad, wäscht sich das Gesicht mit kaltem Wasser und – das fand ich krass – sie lächelt sich im Spiegel selbst an, auch wenn keiner zuschaut. *„È importante sorridere anche se non c'è nessuno.“*
