    Yes, several supplements have clinical evidence supporting their role in reproductive health. Coenzyme Q10 and L-Carnitine are considered "Grade A" supplements due to the high volume of human data backing their effectiveness. Additionally, a 2024 study showed that Ashwagandha (specifically the KSM-66 extract) could increase semen volume by 26% in eight weeks by modulating stress hormones. Zinc is also vital, as it is highly concentrated in prostatic fluid; a deficiency can cause the body to "down-regulate" fluid production to conserve its zinc stores.

    There is a specific timing "sweet spot" for maximizing volume without compromising quality. Refraining from ejaculation for 2 to 5 days allows the seminal vesicles and prostate time to fully restock their fluid levels. However, waiting longer than 5 days can be counterproductive, as it may lead to a decline in sperm motility and overall quality.
