    睡眠是提升睾酮最省钱且有效的方法,因为全天约60%的睾酮是在深度睡眠中分泌的,睡眠不足会导致水平大幅下降。在饮食方面,应保证优质脂肪(如橄榄油、坚果)的摄入以提供合成原料,并补充锌和镁。此外,研究发现每天喝两杯石榴汁也能在短时间内显著提升睾酮水平。

    并非如此。虽然大重量的复合动作(如深蹲、硬拉)能刺激分泌,但过度训练会导致压力激素皮质醇飙升。皮质醇与睾酮在体内像跷跷板一样,皮质醇升高会抑制睾酮分泌。因此,科学的练法是高强度训练配合短时间休息,并确保每周有足够的恢复时间来降低皮质醇。

    睾酮不仅关乎体能,还深刻影响心理状态。高睾酮水平的人通常有更强的支配欲和风险寻求倾向,在经济决策中更敢于追求高回报。有趣的是,它还能促进公平行为,如果社会规则推崇公平,高睾酮者会表现得更慷慨以赢得社会地位。但同时,它也可能降低人际信任,使人更倾向于独立掌控局面。

    虽然替代治疗能改善贫血、记忆力和情绪,但它存在明显的副作用。最明确的风险是导致红细胞增多症,使血液变稠,增加中风和心血管疾病的风险。此外,外源性补充会抑制身体自身的生产工厂,影响生育能力。对于已有亚临床肿瘤的患者,外源性睾酮还可能加速肿瘤生长,因此必须在医生严密监控下进行。
