They did the most to me but have to come and check back everyday and even scared of me breaking free from their evilness. I prayed yet delayed.     Jealousy is described as a "social triangle" involving three people: you, someone you value, and a perceived rival. It is fundamentally rooted in the fear of loss, such as losing your status or a specific relationship to another person. Envy, however, is a two-person emotion that functions as a mirror for unmet desires. It is the direct feeling of wanting what someone else has, such as their talent or success, often because you do not believe you can achieve those things for yourself.

    This behavior often stems from a neurological "glitch" where your success is registered by the other person’s brain as a literal physical punishment or a threat. When someone sees you thriving, their amygdala may fire off a fight-or-flight response, flooding them with cortisol and adrenaline. They "monitor" you because they perceive your growth as a threat to their own existence or social standing. Their obsession is actually a sign of their own perceived powerlessness and deep-seated insecurity.

    Sabotage is rarely a grand gesture and is more often "death by a thousand papercuts." Common tactics include "faint praise," where a compliment is wrapped in a barb to make your achievement feel like luck, and "strategic vulnerability," where someone shares a personal struggle specifically to hijack your moment of celebration and make you feel guilty. Other signs include "soft ostracism," such as being left out of group chats, or "concern-trolling," where someone plants seeds of doubt under the guise of worrying about your well-being.

    Shadow work involves looking at the parts of yourself that you have rejected or buried to understand why someone else's behavior triggers you so deeply. By identifying the "old wounds" or insecure attachments that the "evilness" of others activates, you can move from being a victim to being "un-triggerable." This process helps you realize that the qualities others are trying to suppress in you—like your confidence or creativity—are actually your most valuable assets and your "golden shadow."

    The "Long Holy Saturday" is a metaphor for the period between a "crucifixion" (a major setback or loss) and a "resurrection" (a breakthrough). It is a season of silence and delay where it feels like the darkness has won because the breakthrough is taking a long time. During this period, the script suggests practicing "micro-hopism"—focusing on tiny, manageable victories to maintain your internal agency. This quiet defiance proves that while external pathways may be blocked, your internal strength is still growing.
