    How can I generate more good feelings in my body? Obviously the basic advice is to focus on nutrition, movement every day, sleep 7-9 hours, keep perspective, and other general recommendations. I’m looking for the next level advice assuming all this is being done, but there’s still persistent feelings of “not good” in my body and mind that I want to work out .
