    I am putting together my own workshop on wellness/ manifestation/ self concept / mindfulness. My main pillars are: regulation (coming out of survival and actually feeling safe / more emotionally resilient), rewiring (subliminals, affirmations, embodiment) and receiving (detachment. allowing ourselves to recieve what we want and actually feeling worthy of it) so i see it as a trauma informed (where appropriate) big sister guide on how to live a happier and more fulfilling life. i would like you to give me more information and insights on each of the pillars i mentioned. pulling from neville; dr joe dispenza, abraham hicks, and anyone else who is relevant. i want it to be presented in a way that isn’t textbook or clinical when it comes to the nervous system stuff. i want it to be impactful but also digestable. explaining the importance of each concept and how to actually implement this into your daily life.
