    The Red Car Theory is based on the Reticular Activating System in the brain, which suggests that once you decide you want to see something, you begin to notice it everywhere. In dating, this means programming your brain to spot "green flags" and healthy traits that you previously ignored. By shifting your internal frequency and deciding you are a "red car"—a high-value person—you stop chasing others and start noticing the partners who are already looking for someone exactly like you.

    The Mirror Principle suggests that the quality of love you receive from others is capped by the quality of love you give yourself. Your relationship history often acts as a reflection of your internal subconscious programs; if you judge yourself harshly or abandon your own needs, you put out a frequency that attracts partners who will treat you the same way. Essentially, your subconscious may "swipe right" on people who confirm your deepest fears or familiar patterns of unworthiness, even if your conscious mind wants something different.

    Love Blocks are psychological walls, such as unworthiness, fear of abandonment, fear of intimacy, or a savior complex, that act as filters on your search for a partner. For example, if you have a block around unworthiness, your brain may not even have a category for a secure, loving partner, causing you to walk past healthy people in favor of "projects" or unavailable individuals. Clearing these blocks involves auditing your relationship history, identifying these patterns, and manually overriding them through nervous system regulation and self-concept upgrades.

    According to the script, "chemistry" can often be a trick of the nervous system where your wounds recognize a familiar pattern of instability or unworthiness, leading to an intense but unhealthy "spark." In contrast, "compatibility" is the actual foundation of a lasting relationship, built on shared values and a shared vision for the future. High emotional intelligence (EQ) allows a person to look past the dramatic highs and lows of chemistry to find a "secure attachment" characterized by consistency, trust, and peace.

    Becoming a "chooser" involves shifting your mindset from wondering "Do they like me?" to asking "Do I like how I feel when I'm with them?" This is achieved by owning your space, maintaining open body language, and practicing "Value Presentation" where you lead with curiosity rather than seeking validation. It also involves "Mirroring Energy," where you match a potential partner's level of investment rather than over-functioning to manufacture a connection, ensuring you only spend time on those who meet you halfway.
