However, this also works in reverse through the "Negative Halo," where a single major red flag, like chronic lateness or complaining, can cast a negative shadow over all of a person's positive traits.

    Attraction is processed through three distinct systems: Biological Compatibility, Emotional Safety, and Social Value. System One scans for "good genes" and confidence through body language and micro-expressions within the first 90 seconds. System Two evaluates emotional stability and the ability to handle conflict or show "attractive vulnerability" without being needy. System Three looks for social proof, meaning the individual is valued by the "tribe," such as being well-regarded by friends, staff, or other women in the room.

    The Benjamin Franklin Effect is a psychological quirk where asking someone for a small favor actually makes them like you more. This happens because the person's brain justifies the effort by concluding they must like you if they are willing to help you. Instead of trying to buy affection with gifts or drinks, which can appear desperate, asking for a small favor or an opinion creates a sense of investment and shifts the dynamic from "pleasing" to "engaging."

    Digital Body Language involves using punctuation, responsiveness, and emojis to convey tone and intent through a screen. To maintain high-value energy, one should "Value Visibly" by being thoughtful and responsive, and "Collaborate Confidently" by avoiding the urge to double-text or seek immediate validation. Using emojis can add "emotional color" to messages, making them feel warmer and more memorable, while matching the other person's texting rhythm helps create a natural back-and-forth flow.
