経歴と著者の歩み

Charles Duhigg is an American journalist and nonfiction author whose career has linked investigative reporting with behavioral science for a broad public audience. Born in New Mexico, he studied at Yale University and later earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Before becoming a full-time journalist in 2003, he worked in private equity and co-founded an education management company focused on programs for medically underserved areas. That mix of business training, institutional curiosity, and interest in how people actually behave would define his later work.
