Brian L. Weiss is an American psychiatrist and author whose work centers on past-life regression, psychotherapy, and spiritual healing. Best known for the bestseller Many Lives, Many Masters, he helped popularize regression therapy for a wide audience through subsequent books, lectures, and workshops on trauma, healing, and reincarnation.

経歴と著者の歩み

Brian L. Weiss built his professional identity inside conventional academic psychiatry before becoming a widely read public writer on past-life regression. Educated at Columbia University and Yale Medical School, he went on to serve as the founding chairman of psychiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami and later as chairman emeritus. The decisive turning point, by his own account, came when a patient he called Catherine failed to improve through conventional treatment and, under hypnosis, began describing past-life scenes and messages that Weiss believed illuminated her symptoms. That experience redirected a career rooted in mainstream medical training toward books, workshops, and lectures situated at the intersection of psychiatry, spirituality, and popular self-help. I am putting together my own workshop on wellness/ manifestation/ self concept / mindfulness. My main pillars are: regulation (coming out of survival and actually feeling safe / more emotionally resilient), rewiring (subliminals, affirmations, embodiment) and receiving (detachment. allowing ourselves to recieve what we want and actually feeling worthy of it) so i see it as a trauma informed (where appropriate) big sister guide on how to live a happier and more fulfilling life. i would like you to give me more information and insights on each of the pillars i mentioned. pulling from neville; dr joe dispenza, abraham hicks, and anyone else who is relevant. i want it to be presented in a way that isn’t textbook or clinical when it comes to the nervous system stuff. i want it to be impactful but also digestable. explaining the importance of each concept and how to actually implement this into your daily life.
