    How can I maximize the use of my energy every day? Between doing things like housework, commuting, performing my actual job while at work, grocery shopping, enjoying what free time I do have with my spouse and kids, trying to exercise where possible, I feel tired and drained and not able to “level up”. I’ve tried optimizing sleep and nutrition, but this only offers small improvements. I have big dreams and there need big energy to accomplish them.
