Me contaba que se siente fatal porque no tiene fuerzas ni para levantar la cama, ni para cocinar sano, ni para ir al gimnasio... y lo peor es que se siente una mala madre y una mala amiga por eso. Siente que el mundo de afuera no es nada amable con ella y, claro, se termina fustigando por no ser esa "Super Woman" perfecta que vemos en redes.

    **Eli:** Fíjate que eso es mucho más común de lo que pensamos. Al final, nos han vendido una idea de perfección que es inalcanzable y, cuando el entorno no acompaña, esa carga emocional te drena la energía. Lo que pasa es que a veces llamamos "pereza" a lo que en realidad es agotamiento o incluso miedo. He leído por ahí que la desidia puede ser una estrategia inconsciente para protegernos de situaciones que nos dan miedo o donde sentimos que no vamos a ser perfectas.

    **Jackson:** No me digas... O sea, que no es que sea vaga, sino que igual se está protegiendo. Pero entonces, ¿qué pasa con ese sentimiento de culpa? Porque ella siente que si se rinde es conformismo, y lucha por no caer en un pozo más profundo.

    **Eli:** Es que hay una verdad simple: no puedes esperar a tener ganas para actuar. La motivación suele venir después de empezar, no antes. Pero para entender cómo salir de ese bucle sin machacarse, hay que empezar por mirar qué hay realmente detrás de esa falta de ganas.
