Il s'agit de transformer une vision floue en une série d'expériences scientifiques où chaque lancement est une hypothèse testée, permettant d'apprendre et d'ajuster le tir en permanence.

    La paralysie par l'analyse est une forme de procrastination sophistiquée où l'on passe trop de temps à planifier (business plans, études de marché) pour éviter la confrontation brutale avec le marché. Pour l'éviter, il faut privilégier l'action imparfaite à la planification parfaite.
