    I feel unmotivated at work. I rush to lunch and want to leave right at 5 pm. I don’t like to go the extra mile and I don’t like that I’m building that kind of habit. I get frustrated with the people I work at for being so disorganized and then it affects my lunch. How can I change my perspective and want to be more empathetic to patients and more present at work.
