提示词就像是给 AI 下达的具体指令或作文题目。提示词写得越具体、越清楚，AI 生成的内容就越接近你的需求。例如，与其只说“画一张画”，不如详细描述人物的外貌、穿着、环境和心情。好的提示词能让 AI 成为优秀的助教或创作伙伴，但如果指令模糊或错误，AI 也只能生成无用的垃圾内容。
AI 应该被当作辅助工具而非替代品。在写作课上，学生可以先自己创作，再利用 AI 进行微调、寻找高阶词汇或修正错别字，并通过对比 AI 的修改建议来提升自己的表达能力。虽然 AI 可以提供灵感和整理大纲，但它缺乏真实的情感和生活经验，而这些感官体验才是文章的灵魂。因此，最后拿主意的必须是人类自己。
AI 并非完美，它存在三大主要问题：首先是依赖性，过度使用可能导致人类丧失独立思考的能力；其次是准确性，AI 有时会“一本正经地胡说八道”，生成错误的信息；最后是安全与隐私风险，例如“深伪技术（Deepfake）”可以伪造声音和人脸进行诈骗。因此，在使用 AI 时必须保持批判性思维，并保护好个人隐私资料。
