In contrast, AGILE markers focus on the verbs of human interaction rather than the nouns of a diagnosis. This approach helps bridge the gap between different nervous systems by looking at how a person is actually experiencing the world right now.

    Relying solely on a clinical diagnosis can cause people to unconsciously stiffen or scan their memories for stereotypes about a specific "type" of person. This often leads to stress and prevents someone from seeing the human being right in front of them. By using the AGILE framework, you can move into the realm of neurobiology to better understand why some interactions feel fueling while others feel incredibly draining.
