Kate Darling, auteure de The New Breed: What Our History with Animals Reveals About Our Future with Robots, est une experte de premier plan en éthique des robots et en politiques technologiques. Chercheuse au MIT Media Lab, Darling détient un doctorat de l'ETH Zurich et un doctorat honorifique du Middlebury College, mêlant des perspectives juridiques et économiques à une analyse de pointe de l'interaction humain-robot.
