The Teen Safe Cosmetics Campaign is buzzing with activity - planning mini summits across major cities, a nationwide teen summit, and a benefit concert called Rock SAFE (Student Activists Feeling Empowered). As freshman Katie Pilot says with perfect poise, "Believe it or not, you can make a difference. This is a chance to change something that needs to be dealt with, and you can make that change." Her optimism feels like a new dawn breaking. "When I really step back and think about it, this could be the start of something so big."
