« Trois Initiés » est le pseudonyme mystérieux derrière Le Kybalion, un texte fondateur de la philosophie hermétique moderne et de la sagesse ésotérique publié en 1908. Largement considéré comme l'œuvre de William Walker Atkinson — un avocat américain, éditeur et figure pionnière du mouvement de la Nouvelle Pensée — l'anonymat de l'auteur était un choix délibéré pour imprégner l'ouvrage d'une autorité mystique ancienne.

Atkinson était connu pour sa production prolifique sous de multiples pseudonymes et possédait la Yogi Publication Society de Chicago, qui a publié Le Kybalion.

Le livre présente sept principes hermétiques — dont le Mentalisme, la Correspondance, la Vibration, la Polarité, le Rythme, la Cause et l'Effet, et le Genre — qui sont censés expliquer les lois universelles régissant la réalité.
