For their first date, Julius accompanied Davis to a City of Angels photo op and then to meet Phylicia Rashad. After their evening, he simply shook her hand and called her beautiful. What followed revealed his character-he called twenty minutes later from the grocery store to say he'd had a nice time, called again when he got home, and even called at 4 a.m. after an earthquake to check if she was okay.
