The structure evolved through intermingling of Druidic practices and Orion incarnations, particularly regarding rules, regulations, and hierarchical structure. This represented a reaction to Atlantis's destruction, emphasizing control and order as a path to reconnection with the Infinite. Jesus himself never intended to establish this structure-rather, his disciples, influenced by ancient Druidic knowledge, interpreted and structured his teachings according to their understanding. Reincarnation is always a choice, not a requirement. The average person has lived 2,000-3,000 lives during Earth's 50,000-year cycle. The contradiction many experience comes from expecting to see changes in the background while still viewing it through the old lens. Acting with integrity means recognizing that if everything is one thing and you're part of it, you already have everything needed to be anything you want without forcing yourself upon others. Integrity means integration, wholeness. You don't need to dominate anyone to get what you deserve-act upon synchronistic opportunities knowing you're complete enough to act exactly as needed. Acting with integrity perpetuates awareness of synchronicity, while acting outside integrity separates you and stops the process. You won't consciously analyze every aspect of synchronicity-some will have greater importance to you than others. Trust that what stands out is what you need to know, in the way you need to know it. If you move upon what excites you and feels correct, circumstances will fall into place. Many times you don't want to understand meaning until after spontaneously living through experiences. Trust your instincts, examine hesitations, learn what you can, and the obvious choice will emerge. Everything happens as meant to, yet within this plan exists free will-simultaneously. Time and space are illusions; everything occurs now, here. This is how Bashar's civilization lives without needing government or economic systems-they allow synchronicity to connect them with exactly the beings they need to interact with, sharing precisely the services needed in each moment. Synchronicity brings with it symbology. Everything in physical reality symbolically reflects the actual energy exchange happening within your being. This single crystalline idea, once fully embraced emotionally and experientially, will completely rewire your brain and break your connection to third density. You create the past from the present, not the other way around. When you change who you are now, you'll focus on different aspects of the past that represent your current self. The present moment is the only experiential time in which you ever exist-it will always be now, just different manifestations of now. As you acclimate to fourth density's higher energy vibration while still thinking you exist in third density, you may experience physical symptoms-fevers, flushes, adrenaline rushes, anxiety, pain in the spine and neck, migraines, sinus pressure, heart palpitations, disorientation, tiredness, and feeling off-balance. These sensations represent your dis-orientation from old reality and re-orientation to a new one. The disorientation is part of literal disillusionment as you redefine physical reality as an extension of yourself. Clear intention, definition, desire, deservability and action will reorient you quickly. Fourth density isn't merely a place you exist in-it's what you become. The transformation involves realizing that physical reality is your expression, your projection, your creation. You are the dimension itself that you previously thought you were only a component of. In this magnificent paradox, each individual will experience becoming the whole dimension, as if absorbing all other consciousnesses into yourself. This is possible because the universe is holographically structured, allowing all points of view to exist equally everywhere within creation. You are a God-thought-one way the Infinite experiences itself through physical individuality. While third density believes reality creates consciousness, fourth density understands consciousness creates reality. In fourth density, you'll experience everything as if doing it for the first time. You'll truly understand that each moment is new, not connected to any other moment except occupying the same space the last moment did. Continuity is your illusion. This is how children naturally experience life before society unteaches them; they see everything with fresh eyes. When you understand that every moment is absolutely new, you stop planning experiences linearly, which makes them wind down. Instead, you express yourself in whatever way represents who you truly are. The more you allow whatever time you create to be experienced in full joy, the less time you'll paradoxically perceive. Only waiting for something else creates the time that happens in-between. The physical symptoms of transitioning to fourth density while retaining third-density connections come from creating separation. You believe third density vibrates slower than fourth density-a judgment creating the belief that what you are now is somehow less than what you're becoming. This creates two different vibrations within the same body, causing friction and pain. When you accept that you are what you need to be at any moment, you'll accelerate as a smooth oneness of vibration without comparison between "less" and "more." You'll erase the friction and eliminate the pain. In fourth density, time perception changes dramatically. Living in the present moment causes you to lose track of time itself-days blend into days, years into years. Hundreds of years may pass while feeling like a day. Life spans increase not because you have more time, but because you create less time, existing in the eternal now. As transformation progresses, bodies become lighter, colors appear brighter, and previously invisible energies become visible. Disease disappears, sleep and food requirements diminish, and dreams manifest in physical reality.
