Sai Gaddam est le co-auteur de A Billion Wicked Thoughts et un neuroscientifique computationnel spécialisé dans l'IA, les neurosciences et le comportement sexuel humain. Titulaire d'un doctorat en neurosciences computationnelles de l'Université de Boston, Gaddam s'est associé au neuroscientifique Ogi Ogas pour analyser plus de 400 millions de recherches sur Internet, révélant les schémas cachés du désir humain et les différences fondamentales entre la sexualité masculine et féminine à travers le prisme de la psychologie évolutionniste.
