    I am a 58-year-old male father of three and grandfather of one interested in aging healthy and simply in particular I would like to focus on keeping my body tone, free from health issues as much as possible without going overboard or having a difficult lifestyle. I would like to know how to incorporate movement physical exercise to my daily routine or weekly routine in a way that is calm and approachable. I like walking, jogging, Tennis, swimming, golf, and cycling.
