Sai che hanno stimato che facciamo tra le dodicimila e le ottantamila riflessioni al giorno? E il bello, o meglio il brutto, è che per molti di noi il 95% di questi pensieri sono esattamente gli stessi del giorno prima. Siamo in loop.

    Lena: Esatto, è proprio così! Se continui a dare attenzione a un pensiero, il tuo cervello pensa: "Ehi, questo le piace!" e gli dà una medaglia d'oro riproponendotelo all'infinito. Però, vedi, il punto non è smettere di pensare — prova a non pensare a un gatto con la tuba, scommetto che ce l'hai già in mente — ma imparare a fare il "casting director" della tua mente.
