David Joseph Schwartz (1927–1987) war ein wegweisender Motivationsautor, Professor und Führungsexperte, der vor allem für seinen Selbsthilfe-Klassiker Die Magie des Großen Denkens (The Magic of Thinking Big) bekannt ist.
