Rick Yancey (Richard Yancey) ist der New York Times-Bestsellerautor von Das unendliche Meer (The Infinite Sea) und eine prominente Stimme in der Science-Fiction- und dystopischen Jugendliteratur. Geboren 1962 in Miami, Florida, entwirft Yancey spannungsgeladene Erzählungen über Alien-Invasionen, die Action, Emotionen und Überlebenskampf miteinander verbinden.
