Despite being labeled "oversensitive," "lazy," and "entitled," millennials are actually teaching us a crucial lesson: our traditional methods of motivation are outdated. We're moving rapidly toward a future where "fun" becomes the new "work"-and the new buying, selling, attention-grabbing, and health achieving. In an age where personal satisfaction trumps monetary wealth, ensuring happiness and enjoyment is becoming essential rather than optional.
