Ego strength goes beyond expression levels to what we believe about ourselves. A strong ego, like a physically strong person, doesn't need to hurt others to make its point. It doesn't demand to be right and seeks win-win outcomes. A weak ego, conversely, is fragile and unconfident-a bully willing to get hurt as long as others get hurt more.
The small, weak ego manifests as victims or as the unworthy. These individuals lack confidence, are often timid, shy, or passive-aggressive. The big, weak ego commands attention in negative ways-they're charming until disagreed with, abrasive, bold, manipulative, and aggressive.
